Ron James was named after my late father Ronald James Delagard. Before dad passed he commented on how his Last name would never been carried on by his daughters he had 5 girls, and his only son never had children. I said Dad, our farm is Delagard Morgans, what would you like to name our first born pure Lippitt , I said Ronald James or Ron James?? Dad did get to pick Rons name but never did get to meet his name sake. Ron James was born a year after my Dad passed away. Photo on the right , Ron James dark bay, helping keep my first Morgan happy and healthy as he turned 28 this May. Hopefully they both have many happy healthy years ahead.
